In 1987, the USSR initially walked along the Central Television with a Soviet two-voice voiceover . In 1995, it was shown on the TV-6 channel in a one-voice translation called “Willy Fog's Travel around the World”. These two translations were done from the Spanish version. In the summer of 1999 it was shown on the ORT channel with the dubbing of the Selena International studio, which was made from English dubbing. In 2007, the animated series was voiced by Laiko (the translation was also made from English dubbing, although all the songs of the series sounded in Spanish) under the title “Around the World in 80 Days with Willy Fog” , and was shown by the television channel “ Telenyanya ” from 1 to June 26th. In the same year, the animated series was again voiced by SV-Double by order of GTRK Kultura from the same English dubbing, and was shown in it from January 9 to February 21 and from August 12 to September 23, 2008 simultaneously with Bibigon TV channel " .
The cartoon has a sequel to Willy Fog 2 - an animated series that combines the storylines of the novels 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and Journey to the Center of the Earth . There is also a continuation of "New Adventures of Willy Fog" - a book written by Ukrainian writer Nadezhda Gatina, which described the journey of Willy Fog with friends to Alaska and Australia.

Music
The original music was written by composers Guido and Maurizio De Angelis.
Song "Around the World with Willy Fog" ( Spanish: La Vuelta Al Mundo De Willy Fog ):
... Son ochenta días son
ochenta nada más
para dar la vuelta al mundo ...
This song sounded in the initial splash screen (first verse) and in some episodes (second verse). In the USA, Canada , Great Britain and in the English-speaking regions, the song sounded in English.
Song “Whistle Me” ( Spanish: Dar la vuelta al mundo (Sílbame) ):
... Pon la boca así como si fueras a beber
Ve soplando el aire, poco a poco ya la vez ...
This song sounded in some series (first verse) and end credits (second verse). In the English version ( USA , Canada , Great Britain ), the song sounded in English. In Russia, the song was off-screen translated from the original to the television and radio company Moscow. In duplicated versions of LAIKO and SV Double of the State Culture and Radio Company “Culture” only the melody of this song sounds, therefore the song is not translated into Russian.
The songs “Dicks (in the 13th series) and Transfer (in the 5th and 25th episodes)” ( Spanish. Dix y Transfer ), “America, America” ( Spanish. America, America ) - from the 18th to the 21st and 24th series were also sounded.
In Japan, other versions of the songs sound.
