Biography

After graduating from Columbia University , the daughter of Andrew Mullen, Jamil, with a degree in cultural anthropology, began a career in television in cognitive television programs. Since then, she has had small roles in films, in films such as The 25th Hour by Spike Lee , Highway , and the television series Espionage.

She is also well known as the host of the programs Cool In Your Code and Paradetown USA on NYC TV .

As a model agency for Ford Model Management , Jamil has participated in several television commercials, and model advertising campaigns. In 2002, she was the face of a Harrisdirect advertising campaign as a character named Elsie Lee . [1] [2]

In 2004, Jameel Mullen became the prototype for the game character Alix Vance from the computer game Half-Life 2 . When creating this character, the appearance of the actress was digitized, and movements and animations were recorded using the Motion Capture system. The heroine copied from Mullen got on the covers of almost all gaming magazines, thereby making Jamil's face famous throughout the world. Earlier, in 2000 , Mullen recorded movements and animations for the main character of The Operative: No One Lives Forever, Kate Archer.
