Career
Felix Sesumaga was born in the Lamiaco quarter in the city of Lehona in the Basque Country on April 12, 1898. His first club was Arenas from Getcho , where he began playing in 1916. Playing as a striker, he twice reached the King’s Cup final in 1917 and 1919, in the latter case he scored three goals for Barcelona , and his team won 5-2, winning their only Cup in history. His game spurred Barcelona to buy a striker that same year. He became part of the legendary Barcelona, a team in which such players as Paulino Alcantara , Sagibarba , Ricardo Zamora and Josep Samiter played under the leadership of Jack Greenwell . With Barca, Cesumara reaches the final of the Spanish Cup, where Barcelona confidently outplayed Athletic 2-0, and Cesumara became the second player to win the Cup twice in a row with different teams, and won 3 Catalan Cup.

In 1922, he transferred to Athletic from Bilbao . With the Basque club, he won the King’s Cup for the third time in 1923. Then he goes to Arenas (Getcho) , where he ends his career by playing twice in the final of the Spanish Cup.
In the national team, Sesumaga made his debut on August 28, 1920 in a match with Denmark at the Olympics, where Spain won 1-0.
