Geography
In the west it borders with the governorate of Jahra , in the south with the governorate of Farwania , in the east with the governorate of Havalli . In the north, it is washed by the waters of the Gulf of Kuwait , which belongs to the Persian Gulf . The province includes the islands of Failaka , Auha and Mascan .
