Geography
It is located at a distance of about 2 km to the north-west from the village of Novosyolki along the highway Novosyolki - Zhaysk . Located on the right bank of the Malaya Kutra River , the left tributary of the Big Kutra .
You can get to Lobkovo by road P125 Murom - Nizhny Novgorod by turning at Novosyolok following the sign for Zhaysk and drive 2 km to Lobkovo.
You can also use the bus Pavlovo- Yakovtsevo [2] .
History
In the past - the village of the Novoselsky parish of the Murom district of the Vladimir province .
- In the salary books of the Ryazan diocese for 1676, in the parish of the village of Novosyolki, the village of Lobkovo is mentioned, in which there are 24 peasant and 2 Bobyl yards.
- In the “Historical and Statistical Description of the Churches and Parishes of the Vladimir Diocese” for 1897 it is said that there are 57 yards in Lobkovo.
