The Special Transcaucasian Committee (OZAKOM) is the organ of the Provisional Government of Russia for the management of the Transcaucasus . Under the jurisdiction of the committee was the entire territory of the former Caucasian governorate .

History
OZAKOM was formed in Tiflis on March 9 (22), 1917 from members of the 4th State Duma . OZAKOM included five people, the chairman was Vasily Kharlamov . OZAKOM lost power due to the refusal to cooperate with the Social Democratic parties that dominated the Transcaucasus [1] . From OZAKOM, power passed to the Transcaucasian Commissariat [2] .
