He studied at the Sofia Academy of Music, conservatories of Prague and Brno. He taught at the State Music Academy named after Vladigerov , in the 1960s - its rector. The author of pedagogical techniques published, in addition to Bulgaria, in the USA, Germany, USSR, in Cuba. Among his students, in particular, Petko Radev .
