In the championships of Argentina , Bolivia and Ecuador, he spent 409 matches, scored 37 goals. He played for Khimnasia and Esgrima (Huhui) , Taglieres (Cordoba) , Universitaria de Portoviejo , Guarani Antonio Franco (Posadas) , Rosario Central , Jorge Wilstermann , San Jose (Oruro )
For the Argentine national team from 1975 to 1982, Valencia spent 41 matches and scored five goals. He won four matches at a victory for the Argentinean home world championship in 1978 [1] . He also performed at the 1982 World Cup in Spain and two America's Cups - 1975 and 1979 .
