In 1820, the fortress of Ishmael [1] . The regiment was part of the 16th Infantry Division.
Formation Regiment
Formed on July 24, 1806. Upon the abolition of the jaeger regiments on January 28, 1833, all three battalions were annexed to the Belevsky Infantry Regiment . The seniority of the regiment was not retained.
Shelf Campaigns
The regiment was in the 31st infantry division, which was in the garrison of Riga . The only campaign of the regiment was the Russian-Turkish war of 1828-1829. where the regiment took part in the siege of Varna .
The 31st ranger regiment did not have insignia.
