Biography

Born into a peasant family. Russian. Member of the RCP (b) since 1925. In 1932 he graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute with a degree in hydraulic engineering. Since 1936, he worked on the construction of the Chirchik hydropower station cascade in Uzbekistan. Since November 1937, the head of construction of the Chirchik hydroelectric power station in the Uzbek SSR. He was buried in Moscow at the Novodevichy cemetery .

The central stadium in Volzhsky and the Chirchik hydroelectric station, as well as a number of streets in different cities, are named after Loginov.
