Polkova Street is a street in the north of Moscow in the Maryina Grove district of the North-Eastern Administrative District , between Dvintsev Street and the 5th passage of Maryina Grove . It was named at the end of the 19th century according to its location near the former Butyrskaya Sloboda (XVII-XVIII centuries), where the archers and then soldiers of the Butyrsky regiment lived.

Regimental street runs from west to east parallel to Streletskaya street , starts from Dvintsev street, crosses Novotikhvinskaya street , then successively 4th , 3rd , 2nd and 1st Streletsky passages and goes into the 5th passage of Maryina Roshcha .
Car traffic on the street is one-way to Dvintsev street.
