History

In the northwestern part of the modern district, the large village of Borisovo was partially located, and the rest of the district contained small wastelands belonging to the peasants of the villages of Borisovo and Brateevo . The main part of the land area Zyablikovo occupied flood meadows .

The name of the area comes from the word "chilly" - a place where water accumulates and sometimes stagnates. The district received its name from the village of Zyablikovo , which was located on the territory in a deep ravine at the bus stop number 95 on the inner side of the Moscow Ring Road , in the area of the present-day Voronezhskaya and Guryevsky streets, between the Khmelevka and Shmelevka rivers, behind the constructed Clinical Hospital No. 83 in Orekhovy boulevard .

At present, the site of the village Zyablikovo demolished in 1979-80 and built up; “Hanging” over Shmelyovka is a huge long building of the 83rd hospital, and its possessions, ambulance substation, garages, Metrostroi possessions, car repair shops, metro tunnels pass from the ground from Krasnogvardeyskaya station to Alma-Aty station.

In the place of the village in the XII century there were settlements of the Slavic tribe of Vyatichi , as testified by the mounds that were here not so long ago.

In 1991, an administrative reform was carried out in Moscow. Instead of the former districts, 10 administrative districts were formed, including the Southern Administrative District [6] and its temporary municipal district Zyablikovo [7] . The territory of the temporary municipal district in 1995 was incorporated into the new Zyablikovo district [1] .
