Brungilda Petrovna Epelbaum-Marchenko (nee Marchenko ; June 27, 1927 , Verkhneuralsk , Chelyabinsk Region - November 21, 2014 , Bat Yam ) is a Soviet, Moldavian portrait painter.

Biography

In 1950 she graduated from the I.E. Repin Art School in Chisinau and in 1956 - from the V.I. Mukhina Leningrad Higher Art and Industrial School .

In personal creativity, sculptural portraits predominate. The author of the memorial bas-relief of Henri Barbyus in Chisinau (1979) and, together with her husband - Naum Moiseevich Epelbaum , a monument to the revolutionary Pavel Tkachenko in Bender (1961).

Since the early 1990s, she lived in Bat Yam ( Israel ). [1] An exhibition of the works of the four Epelbaum on the occasion of its 75th birthday was organized by the National Museum of Art of Moldova in 2002 .

Son-in-law - Israeli sculptor Boris Abramovich Tselnicker (born 1952). [2]
