Marble sculpture by F. I. Chaliapin is installed in Ufa next to the Ufa State Academy of Arts named after Zagira Ismagilova (formerly the building of the Noble Assembly of Ufa ) on Lenin Street, opposite the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theater , where the singer debuted on December 18, 1890 .

History
The monument was completed by the monumental artist Rustem Khasanov, K. Donguzov was the architect of the monument. The grand opening of the monument took place on June 12, 2007 .
According to the sculptor, he created the image of a talented bass, reflecting his youth. When Chaliapin began performing in the Ufa theater, he was young and not known to anyone. Therefore, the marble figure froze in awe of the public reaction. The artist wanted to depict not a popular and self-confident artist, but only groping for a creative path, which, by the will of fate, began at Chaliapin in Ufa.
