Victoria Lopyreva was born and raised in Rostov-on-Don. Mother - Irina Lopyryova, a journalist by her first education, in her youth was a well-known model, at present - an entrepreneur.

In addition to the general education, Lopyryova studied at the Tchaikovsky Music School in piano . After graduating from high school, she entered the Rostov State Economic University (RINH), which she successfully graduated with a degree in enterprise management.
