Guselnikov, Grigory Alexandrovich

Grigory Aleksandrovich Guselnikov (born February 25, 1976 ) [2] is a Russian investor, businessman, and the main shareholder of Norvik Banka with representative offices in Latvia and the United Kingdom.

Biography

Grigory Guselnikov was born in a family of Soviet engineers on February 25, 1976 in Novosibirsk. In 1992, he graduated from secondary school No. 72 in the city of Barnaul with a silver medal, and in 1998 graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic University with a degree in economics. In 2010, he left Binbank and concentrated on the development of Vyatka Bank .

In 2011, Grigory Guselnikov made one of the record transactions in the London real estate market: he acquired the Rolex flagship store in the prestigious One Hyde Park complex. Real estate was bought in 2015 by an investor from Saudi Arabia, at a price that set a new record on the London real estate market - more than 22 million pounds (ie, the return on investment was about 70%) [6] .

At the end of 2017, PJSC Norvik Bank was purchased by Grigory Guselnikov and his immediate family from the Latvian Norvik Banka for 30 million euros.

As of July 1, 2018, Grigory Guselnikov owned 30% of the shares of the Latvian Norvik Banka.

In 2007 and 2008, he was included in the list of 33 most successful young people in Russia, according to the magazine "Finance".

In May 2017, Grigory Guselnikov helped organize the London screening of the play Brodsky / Baryshnikov , the Latvian director Alvis Hermanis [9] .
