Julia Nikolaevna Bordovskikh (b. July 5, 1969 , Kuibyshev [1] ) - Russian TV presenter. She was a candidate for master of sports in basketball . At different times, she worked on the Maximum radio [2] , as well as on the NTV , TV-6 and NTV-Plus TV channels .

Biography
She was born on July 5, 1969 in Samara [3] (then Kuybyshev). Mother worked as an engineer , father - publisher and simultaneous interpreter from French [4] . In 1986 she graduated from the Olympic Reserve sports school [5] .
In 1991 she graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University [6] , the newspaper department [7] . During her studies at the university, she played for the Moscow State University basketball team for 5 years at the position of the main point guard [8] .
Her first note was published in The Interlocutor [9] . Since 1992, she worked as a presenter of news releases on the radio station " Maximum " [10] . She went through practice with Anna Dmitrieva and Sergey Cheskidov in the Arena program of Russian television [11] .
On television since 1994 . This year, Bordovskikh is invited to work by the author and presenter of the program “ The Other Day ” Leonid Parfyonov and sports commentator Anna Dmitrieva [1] . Having worked in the Parfyonov program for a month, Julia goes to work at the NTV Sports Program Service [12] .
From April 1994 [10] to April 2001, she was the host of sports news in the Today program on NTV. From November 1996 to November 1997, along with other colleagues on the NTV-Plus sports channel, she also conducted the daily viewing television program “Distance 60” on NTV.
From November 1996 to autumn 2002, she led programs at NTV-Plus Sport . On the same channel she oversaw the directions of gymnastics [13] and the Olympic movement [14] [15] . In 1998, it was part of a team of NTV and NTV Plus television channels, covering the World Cup in France [16] [17] . As a sports journalist, she also worked at the 1998 [18] and 2000 Olympics (including the Sydney 2000 TV magazine) [19] .
In April 2001, she stopped working with NTV and switched to TV-6 along with a group of other journalists who did not accept the new leadership [20] [21] . From May 2001 to January 2002, she hosted sports news in the Now program (originally called Today on TV-6) and live broadcasts from the Invasion 2001 rock festival (paired with Grigory Krichevsky ) [22] [23] . Together with Vladimir Solovyov, she led the New Year show “Venice in Moscow” [24] .
Subsequently, in connection with the disintegration of TV-6, on the broadcast version of the NTV-Plus Sport channel, broadcasting on a TV channel of 6 TVCs in Moscow on time, it conducted its own program, “New Day with Julia Bordovskikh” [25] (this program was originally created for TV-6 [26] and was preparing to be released on February 1, 2002) [27] .
In June 2002, she returned to NTV to work in sports news along with the rest of the former leading [28] [29] . In the fall of 2002, she transferred from the staff of NTV-Plus CJSC to the staff of NTV Television Company OJSC in order to begin work on new television projects [30] [31] [32] . From February 2003 [33] to September 2004, she conducted the Country and World information program on NTV channel [34] in tandem with Anton Khrekov [35] .
In September 2004, along with Mikhail Kozyrev, she hosted the SOS Suffering charity marathon [36] at NTV, conducted by Our Radio to help families affected by the terrorist attack in Beslan [37] . In the fall of 2004, not a very long time, Bordovskikh hosted the talk show “Short Meetings” on the same television channel [38] . After several issues, this television project was sent for revision, but was not resumed later [39] [40] . Then, in 2005, she hosted the talk show “For You” [41] [42] , and in 2006-2010, the program “ This Morning ” on NTV [12] [43] .
In 2010, Bordovskikh left television and became the press officer of Bosco Sport , the official outfitter of Russian Olympic teams [44] , as well as the editor-in-chief of Boscomagazine magazine [45] . In 2013 - 2017, she was the development director of the Premier Medica clinic [1] [46] .
Since the end of summer 2017, she has been living permanently in the USA , where her daughter Maria is studying [47] . According to his own statement, in the USA, Bordovskikh works in the wellness industry, producing foods from superfoods (a new generation of vitamins), and studies as a health trainer who motivates people to adhere to a healthy lifestyle [48] .
Julia is also the author of two books: “Fitness with pleasure” (2004) and “Fitness for two” (2006) [49] .
Community Activities
In 2005, she was a member of the bid committee for the Olympic Games in Moscow in 2012 [50] , and served as director of public relations there [51] [52] .

In 2002, she played a major role in Rudolf Fruntov 's film “Sunstroke” [58] [59] and in the series “Guys from Our City”. She starred in the episodic role of a journalist in the film " Generation P " (2011).
