Childhood
Born October 10, 1916 , in the village. Borisoglebska Ubinsky parish Kainsky district of Tomsk province (now Ubinsky district of the Novosibirsk region ), in a peasant family. Secondary education.
War
In the Red Army in 1936–38 and since January 1942 . He worked in the Lena United River Shipping. He graduated from the Sretensky Military Infantry School in February 1943 and was sent to the front.
The commander of the company of the 237th Guards Rifle Regiment (76th Guards Rifle Division, 61st Army, Central Front) Guards Senior Lieutenant Andreyev September 28, 1943 to the west of the village of Mysy Repkinsky district of Chernihiv region of Ukraine among the first available means organized a company crossing to nameless island of the Dnieper River . After knocking out the fascists from their positions and quickly organizing the defense, the Andreeva company gave the opportunity to force the Dnieper to other units of the regiment. For exemplary performance of command assignments during the crossing of the Dnieper and the bravery and heroism shown to senior lieutenant Andreev Alexei Dmitrievich by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated January 15, 1944 he was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medal (No. 2940).
After the war
In January 1945 he graduated from the courses of the command "Shot" .
Since 1946, Captain A. D. Andreev is in reserve. He lived in the city of Yaroslavl , worked as a teacher in a military school .
He died on October 19, 1949 . He was buried at the Leontief civil cemetery , in 1994, the remains were reburied in the Alley of Heroes of the Military Memorial Cemetery of the city of Yaroslavl .
He was awarded the Order of Lenin, Alexander Nevsky , World War 2 nd degree , a medal.
A cargo ship was named after him. In the city of Yaroslavl, on the house where he lived, a memorial plaque was installed.
