Igor L. Plotnikov (born October 7, 1982 ) is a Russian swimmer , winner and two-time silver medalist of the Paralympic Games in Athens , winner of the Paralympic Games in Beijing , world champion and European champion.

Biography
Igor Plotnikov was born on October 7, 1982 in Megion , Tyumen Region. [1] [2] From birth, he lacks both arms.
Sports
He started with athletics at the NEGE sports and fitness center; before becoming a swimmer involved in skiing and speed skating . In the Paralympic team of Russia since 2002.
Education

Career as coach
Teaches children to swim as an instructor.
Motor Driving
