Biography
The son of a general from the infantry of Vladimir Vasilyevich von Notbek (1825-1894).
- September 1, 1883 - Entered military service.
- 1885 - Graduated from the Corps of Pages , released as a lieutenant in the Life Guards Egersky Regiment .
- August 7, 1889 - Lieutenant .
- 1891 - Graduated from the Nikolaev Academy of the General Staff (on the 1st category). The headquarters captain of the guard with the renaming of the captains of the General Staff.
- October 1894 - The census command of a company in the Life Guards 1st Infantry Battalion .
