Germano Boettcher Sobrigno ( port. Germano Boettcher Sobrinho ; March 14, 1911 , Rio de Janeiro - June 9, 1977 , Rio de Janeiro ) - Brazilian football player , goalkeeper . Brazil national team player. Member of the 1934 World Cup . Like many in those years, he played very little and only for one club - Botafogo from 1928 to 1935. Germano also played for the Brazilian national team, having played 3 friendly matches. He went to the World Cup in Italy , along with 8 other Botafogo players, but like in the club, all the games remained in reserve, because the first number belonged to teammate Pedroza.
