Biography
Born on March 12 ( 25 ), 1911 in Moscow , was the eldest of three children in an intelligent Jewish family. His father is a construction engineer Abram Ionovich Dykhovichny ( 1882 , Kamenets-Podolsky - 1963 , Moscow) [1] , later a professor at the Moscow Mining Institute . Mother - Anna Moiseevna Dykhovichnaya (1888-1981), a dentist.
He studied at the Moscow Mining Academy , after graduating from the MGRI (1931) separated from it. V. A. Dykhovichny worked as a geological engineer in the Donbass , in the Caucasus and the Pamirs , then graduated from the theatrical studio of A. Dikiy and became an entertainer. During the Soviet-Finnish war, he performed at the front as part of the 1st front-line VGKO variety ensemble with the performance of his own feuilletons and poems of Soviet poets, was friends with the poet K.M. Simonov . During the Great Patriotic War, he served in besieged Leningrad , worked in the front brigade of L. B. Mirov in the Northern Fleet, and began composing scenes for other entertainers. At the same time he was invited to the Moscow Theater of Miniatures, where he became the regular author of the duet M. V. Mironova and A. S. Menaker . In 1942, in the front branch of the Vakhtangov Theater , vaudeville VA Dykhovichny “Wedding Journey” was staged, which he later reworked with MR Slobodsky . In 1943, in the Leningrad Theater of Comedy, Dykhovichny’s play “Little Brother” was staged.

Since 1945 (from the play “Fakir for an hour”) V. A. Dykhovichny for eighteen years worked in collaboration with MR R. Slobodsky . At this time, “The Man from Another World”, “Sunday on Monday”, “200 thousand on minor expenses”, “Nothing of the kind”, “Convent” and other plays, satirical poems, parodies, satires were created. Garis (performed by Klavdiya Shulzhenko ); “Poor cooking pot” to the music of Nikolai Minh ; “Telegrams” to the music of Nina Illyutovich (performed by Edith Utyosova); “Annushka” to the music of D. V. Ashkenazi (for the duet Shurov and Rykunin ). A number of songs to the music of Nikita Bogoslovsky were also created for the painting "Fakir for an hour."
Together with Maurice Slobodsky, the author of the script for the feature films “ The Bridegroom from the Beyond ” (1958), directed by L. I. Gaidai and “Bon Appetit” (1961), directed by V. G. Semakov , the short film “Fountain” (1955), directed by E. P. Garin . In his vaudeville, the film " Lived Three Bachelors " (1973) was shot.
