History
The group positions its style as “Russian trash”. The recitative is full of obscene vocabulary , caustic rhymes and quotes, the music includes famous samples and melodies [1] [2] .
The group became known to a wide audience due to the scandal that erupted during the 2007 FUZZ award ceremony. Then Sergey Masterboy together with Ilya Lagutenko performed the song “Feat”. In the text of the song, the famous producer of the " Star Factory " Victor Drobysh was mentioned. Insults addressed to Drobysh, voiced from the stage, have been the subject of numerous legal proceedings.
“Kach” was nominated at the MTV Russia Music Awards 2008 in the category “Network” for the song “They Will Be Punished” [3] .
In 2012, the group performed at the Kinotavr - XXIII festival [4] .
