Mechlowitz, Scott

Scott Meklowitz was born on January 17, 1981 in New York into a Jewish family. His childhood and youth passed in Texas , where he met his future girlfriend Heather Weeks. In 1999, he graduated from high school, after which he studied at the University of Texas at Austin for one semester. Then he moved to Los Angeles , where he entered the University of California , which he graduated in 2003.

In the movie, Meklowitz first appeared in 2003 in a small role in the film "Netlandia". A year later, the actor played perhaps his most famous role, Scott Thomas, in the youth comedy Eurotour . In the same year, the youth drama “The Cruel Stream ” was released, in which Scott played Marty, whose role brought him the Independent Spirit Award. He also starred in the Gavin Dagrow video for the song “I don't want to be,” which stands motionless in a football uniform. In 2005, Scott appeared as a guest on the television series Doctor House .

In 2006, Meklowitz starred in the movie Peaceful Warrior , based on the book The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, which tells of the athlete Dan Millman , whose role he played. His next film is the missing person thriller, shot in 2005, but only released in 2007.
