Biography
In the years 1914 - 1920 Victor Rzay studies in a rural two-class school .
1927 - 1929 he worked as a literary employee in the editorial office of the newspaper "Kanash", participated in the work of the magazines "Suntal", "Kapkan".
1928 - 1933 he studied at the Kazan Pedagogical Institute. He worked in the board of the Writers' Union of Chuvashia.
In 1933, Viktor Efremovich moved to Cheboksary , working here on the board of the JV CHASSR.
In 1934 - 1944 V. Rzay teaches children the Russian language in secondary and higher schools of the Tatar ASSR and the Simbirsk region .
In 1945 - 1966 works in Kanash Medical School and a teacher’s school he taught Russian language and literature.
Edited the Chuvash " Youth newspaper ".
Creative activities
V. Rzay is the author of poetry collections and prose.
He translated the novel by Mari Shketan, the founder of Mari literature , “Eneger” into Chuvash, as well as the novel “ Shurămpuç kilsen” by S. Elker from Chuvash into Russian (When the Sunrise).
