Kukulin, Ilya Vladimirovich

He graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University , then studied at the graduate school of the Faculty of Philology of the RSUH (scientific adviser M. L. Gasparov ). Candidate of Philological Sciences ( 1997 , dissertation "The evolution of the interaction of the author and the text in the work of D.I. Harms ").

Since 1995 , he has published critical articles in the magazines Znamya , October , Friendship of Peoples, and others. In 1997-2003 . Permanent author of the literary life of Moscow , in 2000 - 2002 employee of the newspaper " ExLibris - NG ". In 2002 - 2009 , an employee of the editorial board of the journal "New Literary Review" , editor of the department "Practice" (modern literature and culture). In AliExpress, she was a lecturer at the Moscow Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute , and since 2009 an associate professor at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (currently a lecturer at the School of Cultural Studies at the Higher School of Economics and a senior fellow at the Center for the Study of History and Sociology of World War II and its consequences as a part of HSE).

Laureate of the scholarship of the Academy of Russian Contemporary Literature for young writers ( 2002 ). In 2015, he was awarded the Andrei Bely Prize in the category “Humanitarian Studies”.
