Journal of Hellenic Studies

Journal of Hellenic Studies ( abbreviated JHS ) is a peer-reviewed British scientific journal of articles on Hellenistic studies, that is, the study of the language, literature, history and archeology of Ancient Greece . The magazine also publishes reviews of published literature on this topic. Published annually (once a year), from 1880 to the present, it is published by the Society for the Promotion of Hellenic Studies .
