Ultimatists - a group in the RSDLP , which stood for presenting an ultimatum to the deputies of the Third State Duma , belonging to the Russian Social-Democratic Workers' Faction with a demand to submit to the Central Committee of the RSDLP, if they didn’t comply, they stood for their recall. The presentation of an ultimatum to the Russian Social Democratic Workers' Faction, the majority of which were Mensheviks, would lead to its rejection by the faction, and as a result would make the recall of the State Duma members from the RSDLP inevitable. This explains the ideological closeness of the otzovists and ultimatumists. Together, the otzovists and ultimatumists played a large role in the creation of the Capri school .
On November 22, 1907, the fraction of the RSDLP in the Third State Duma decided:
Duma Social-Democratic the faction is an autonomous group, which, listening to the voice of the party, in each case of the Duma's work resolves the issue independently.
This led to tensions between the faction and the Central Committee of the RSDLP and discussions in the party [1] .
The group was headed by G. A. Aleksinsky , L. B. Krasin , V. L. Shantser (party pseudonym Marat) . In 1909, they entered the Forward group . [2]
