The idea of creating such a union belonged to Nikolai Yakimov and Alexander Derevyagin [3] , who invited Elena Frolov and Tatyana Alyoshin. It is noteworthy that Tatyana Alyoshina was not a concert artist, but was a composer, theater figure and vocal teacher. According to her, she "moved from the" camp "of authors to the" camp "of authors-performers."

In 2000, members of the Creative Union created the ASiYa Plus Art Studio (St. Petersburg), with Nikolai Yakimov becoming its art director [4] , and Alexander Derevyagin as sound engineer [5] . The aim of the project was to proclaim support for the genre of “modern chamber song”. The main activity of the Studio was the recording and publishing of music albums, the release of books and audio books, as well as the organization of concerts and musical and poetic evenings for members of the union and related poets and musicians (in particular, Viktor Luferov [6] , Andrei Anpilov , Elena Kazantseva , Manana Menabde , Vera Evushkina , Victor Sosnora , Olga Sedakova , etc.) [7] .
