Any nonsense under the writer's gaze becomes almost epic, makes you stop on the run and think deeply and deeply. “I can't sing. Not that I don't know how, but I don't sing at all. I like the way others sing and I would like to sing myself. But both the first and second albums from “Curlers” are just the voice of a non-singing person who can (I hope so, in any case, these two records are very reassuring) ... more than one thousand people who want to sing, but they can never sing. Not because nobody needs it, but because there is no voice, no hearing, and so on. ”

- Evgeny Grishkovets

In 2008, Eugene recorded a cover version of "At the Dawn" of the Alliance group with Renars Kaupers . In 2012, the project "Grishkovets and" Curlers "" ceased to exist.
