Eastern Bulganak (also Bulganak ; Ukrainian. Bulidak Skhidniy , Crimean Tat. Şarqiy Bulğanaq, Sharkiy Bulganak ) - a river in the northeast of Crimea , on the territory of Kirovsky and Sovetsky districts. The length of the river is 44 km, the catchment area is 485 km², the river slope is 5.9 m / km [2] (according to other data, the slope is 5.1 m / km [3] ).

The sources are located on the northeastern spurs of the Burunduk ridge of the Kubalach massif (part of the inner ridge of the Crimean Mountains ), at an altitude of 260 m above sea level. In the upper course, the channel is shallow, completely dry for most of the year, a ravine with gently sloping banks. The main part of the basin is located in the steppe Crimea [4] .
The Eastern Bulganak has 9 tributaries, of which 2 left - the Murzakoyskaya beams (flows 34 km from the mouth) and Kolpak (34 kilometers) [2] have their own names [5] .
In the middle and lower reaches, the river was transformed into the main collector No. 19 (GK-19) of the North-Crimean Canal , 18.61 km long, of which 10.2 km along the river bed with a drainage network area of 93.40 hectares [2] . The waters of Wet Indola through an artificial channel are also discharged into East Bulganak 2 km above its mouth. It falls into the Sivash Bay, 8 km northeast of the village of Sovetsky [4] .
From summer to autumn, the river is almost completely dry. Water is stored only at the source and in the lower reaches of the channel.
