Sigans

Sigans or mottled [1] ( lat. Siganus ) is a genus of perciformes (Perciformes), distinguished into a monotypic family of cigans (Siganidae). There are 28 species. Spotted fish with poisonous spines on the fins . They are characteristic of the coral reef zone of the tropical zone of the Pacific and Indian Oceans. They feed on algae on coral reefs and around rocks. Prickly spikes of this fish is painful, they are dangerous for careless bathers.
