Biography
He graduated from the course at the Institute of Railway Engineers. He supervised the Syzran-Vyazemsky railway. Since 1885 - head of the Southwest Railways . Comrade, Chairman of the Commission for the Survey of the Siberian-Ussuri Railway and Siberian Rivers.
In 1905 - 1906 he was Minister of Railways in the office of Count Witte . After that, in 1906 he again ran the Southwest Railway .
In 1911 he was appointed a member of the Council of State. In 1914 , he was entrusted with the management of railways in Galicia.
After the revolution, he worked in the People's Commissariat of Railways, was a member of the board of the October Railway. In his honor, two stations were named on the Kiev-Korosten section of the South-Western Railway . These are the stations Nemeshaevo and Klavdievo
Family
He was married to Maria Gustavovna List, the daughter of Moscow businessman G.I. List .
