Gervasoni, Louis

Luis Gervazoni ( Brazilian port. Luiz Gervazoni ; May 22, 1907 , Rio de Janeiro - February 9, 1964 [1] , in some sources - 1963 [2] , Rio de Janeiro ), better known by the name Italy ( port. Itália ) - Brazilian soccer player , defender. Participant of the 1st World Championship. He played for two clubs - Bangu from 1924 to 1925 and Vasco da Gama from 1926 to 1937, with which he won three state titles [3] . He participated in the first World Cup, having both matches in the first team.
