- July 7, 1919 - A squadron named after the Life-Dragoon Pskov Regiment consisting of 13 officers and 40 dragoons under the command of staff captain Muntyanov was allocated from the 3rd squadron of the 1st Cavalry Regiment. The squadron was left in the 1st Cavalry Regiment.
- December 1919 - The squadron became part of the 1st Combined Cavalry Regiment under the temporary command of Captain-Captain Kremer.

Form
On the ceremonial helmet, instead of the state coat of arms, there is an image of a cuirass of the Pskov cuirassier regiment with St. Andrewβs star (the Pskov cuirassier regiment was distinguished by light cuirasses - they were transferred to the regiment by partisans A.S. Figner, who surrounded and defeated General Augereauβs cavalry brigade near the village of Lyakhov ). The officers of the cuirass are gilded, and the rims along the bottom, along the neck and sleeve necklines are silvered with gilded rivets. Plumezh white.

Shelf Banners
- Banners of the Pskov Dragoon Regiment arr. 1712 were "blue, with the image, in the upper corner, by the pole, a golden leopard and, above it, a hand emerging from the clouds."
- On February 16, 1727, the 1st Shatsky Regiment received new banners. The first companies are white banners with a two-headed eagle, St. George the Victorious and St. Andrewβs cross on a chain. The rest of the companies are βcoloredβ red banners with aspen cloves and the monogramβs name of the empress.
- In 1730, the coat of arms for the banners of the Pskov Dragoon Regiment was approved: in a golden shield, on a blue field, a leopard running across green land and above it a hand coming out of the clouds.
- On September 6, 1798, the Pskov Dragoon Regiment was granted 5 standards of the Dragoon standard of 1797. One standard had a white cross and yellow corners. The rest of the standards are a yellow cross and white corners. Gold fringe .
- On April 3, 1834, the 4th division of the Pskov cuirassier regiment was granted the standard (green with pink corners, silver embroidery).
- On June 25, 1838, all divisions of the regiment were granted Alexander Ribbons for standards.
- Until the 20th century, the regimental standard of 1857 was used.
