The International Union of Cyclists ( French Union Cycliste Internationale , UCI) is a cycling association that oversees cycling events internationally. It is the governing body of cycling around the world. UCI is based in the Swiss city of Aigle .

In 2004, UCI built a new 200-meter velodrome in the new cycling center near its headquarters.

- Alexander Gusyatnikov - member of the Commission on Road Cycling ( English Road Commission ) [3] , previously was a member of the Steering Committee;
- Viktor Berezov - Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Russian Olympic Committee [4] , in September 2010 he was elected to the Arbitration Committee [5] and the Disciplinary Commission [6] .
