Biography
In 1924 he left for the USA , in 1926 he returned to Mexico. From 1927 to 1928 he studied law and sculpture technique in Mexico City. In 1930 , he began to paint pictures. Since 1932 he worked in the creative group of David Alfaro Siqueiros . He became the first secretary of the League of Revolutionary Writers and Artists of Mexico.
Interesting Facts
Luis's sister, Angelica, became the wife of David Alfaro Siqueiros . Together with his brother Leopoldo and David Siqueiros, he participated in the attack on Trotsky’s villa with the aim of stealing documents that discredit the activities of the latter.
