Ashagi Seidahmedli ( azerb. Aşağı Seyidəhmədli ) is a village in Karabakh . According to the administrative-territorial division of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic , which actually controls the village, it is located in the Gadrut region of NKR , according to the administrative-territorial division of the Republic of Azerbaijan - in the Fizuli region of Azerbaijan .

History
During the Karabakh war , control of the NKR armed forces was established over the village [4] . After the end of active hostilities, the village remained under the control of the NKR army, and on the contrary there were Azerbaijani troops , between which periodically armed clashes took place [4] [5] [6] .
