QTECH is a Russian company specializing in the design and manufacture of carrier-grade access equipment based on various technologies: xDSL, MetroEthernet, PON, Wi-Fi; equipment for providing 3G wireless access, building digital communication lines based on PDH / SDH technologies, as well as wireless digital lines based on RRL .

QTECH is actively involved in projects to modernize the country's telecommunications industry, in particular in a national project to provide the population of the Russian Federation with broadband Internet access. So in 2010-2011, the company carried out regular deliveries of the completed access solution to the branches and regional offices of Rostelecom and the enterprises of the Svyazinvest Group.

In 2013, the company opens a representative office in Brazil. The main emphasis is on the development of sales of lines of switches and GPON equipment. Participating in the Futurecom exhibition in the city of Sao Paulo manages to conclude a number of profitable agreements with the leading operators of the country.

In 2015, the company launches the QSW-3470 series of gigabit switches on the market. Products are being promoted to the Russian market with the idea of ​​replacing old 100Mb switches with new ones without increasing the cost of equipment.

In 2016, the GEPON line of equipment for providing Internet via optical cable was launched on the market. The main customers of this equipment are medium-sized providers that provide Internet to the private sector. The GEPON line of equipment includes an optical line terminal (OLT) for installation on the provider's side, and a subscriber unit (ONU) for installation to the end client.

Also in the same year, another foreign mission opens in Iran.

In 2017, QTECH launches the process of localizing production in Russia in order to obtain the status of a Russian manufacturer according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Rostelecom.

In 2018, the company launches sales [1] of the QWM-8000 WDM platform, positioned for the banking sector.
