History
On November 26, 1992, the leaders of the first privatized enterprises in the South of Russia and a team of university professors from Rostov-on-Don signed a constituent agreement on the establishment of the Center-invest Open Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank (OJSC KB). On January 26, 1993, Center-invest Bank received the Bank of Russia General License for banking operations No. 2225.
