The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not declare the coat of arms of the Republika Srpska unconstitutional, arguing that the color combination is not only the national flag of Serbs, and that the colors themselves can be associated not only with the Serbs, but with the Slavs in general .
