Biography

Born November 21, 1923 in a family of hereditary weavers in the Krasnoperekopsky district of the city ​​of Yaroslavl . Russian.

He graduated from school number 10 [1] with a certificate of merit. Prior to being drafted into the army, he worked as a precision fitter in the central laboratory of the Krasny Perekop plant .

He loved to read about the heroes of the Civil War and often retold to his comrades about what he read.

At the beginning of 1942 he was drafted into the border troops [1] . As part of the 13th border regiment, the machine gunner Alexei Noskov took part in the hostilities. Soon he was sent to the school of the junior commanders of the rear guard of the 3rd Belorussian Front .

During the Belarusian offensive operation "Bagration" he was trained at the school of junior commanders, the head of which was Major Gozhukh [1] .

The cadets were repeatedly attracted to liquidate certain groups of fascists who found themselves in the rear of the Soviet troops.

At the beginning of July 1944, the school personnel took part in the destruction of a group of Nazi soldiers, which was discovered after the murder of the villagers and after two days of searching in the forest, surrounded by the village of Kaplany, Vitebsk region . Rifle personally destroyed the officer and two enemy soldiers [1] .

On July 9, 1944, in the area of ​​the village of Meshkovichi, Minsk Region , an operation began to liquidate a surrounded German group of up to two battalions. During the battle on July 10, 1944, Noskov died, covering the commander with his body [1] .

From the award sheet of A. M. Noskov: “Due to the sudden appearance of non-commissioned officer Noskov, in order to save Major Gozhukh, he covered him with his body. An explosive bullet hit the carotid artery of Noskov. The life of an officer was saved by a heroic deed, the self-sacrifice of a Red Army soldier who died in the arms of a major. "

He was buried in a mass grave in the village of Meshkovichi.

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 24, 1945, Red Army soldier Alexei Noskov was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union [1] .

Memory

In 1965, streets in the Krasnoperekopsky district of Yaroslavl (instead of the former Vetoshnaya) [1] and the urban-type village of Logoisk were named after him.

By order of the KGB of the USSR of February 18, 1976, the border post "Korf" of the Vilna, Kuril orders of Lenin and Alexander Nevsky border detachment ( Kamchatka ) was named after Noskov.
