Speech conclusion - diagnostic conclusion of a speech therapist ; a brief pedagogical characteristic of the state of development of the child’s speech for the period of the examination based on the data of an objective, qualified speech therapy study; pedagogical analogue of the medical conclusion - diagnosis .
The speech conclusion has two goals:
- 1) performs its diagnostic functions on the state, level and features of the child's speech development for the period of the survey;
- 2) is an independent diagnostic report of a speech therapist teacher (a speech therapist in pre-school and medical institutions).
In the speech conclusion it is customary to reflect the characteristics of a speech disorder, and not the medical names of speech disorders.
The speech conclusion must be “readable by another specialist,” that is, it is understandable to any speech therapist. As a result of the speech therapy of the child, the Voice Report is recorded at the end of the “ Speech Card ”.
