History
Soul Intent had been recording songs since 1987, and by 1995 about 1000 freestyle freaks were recorded (according to Eminem). Personal contradictions led to the fact that the group broke up [1] . They recorded the song “Biterphobia” for the Soul Intent mixtape, sampling sounds from various horror films and the song of Audio Two “ Top Billin ' ”, also used the sample of the title musical theme from the Japanese version of Spider-Man .
Racist cassettes
In 2003, racist tapes were found by The Source magazine. Eminem asked Manix to destroy these tapes a very long time ago, but he did not do this, and as a result, someone sold these tapes to a magazine. Most attention was drawn to the Foolish Pride freestyle, where Eminem says things like: “Black girls are bitches, that's why I'ma tell ya you better pull up your britches”. Eminem commented on this, saying that he was then simply very angry with one black girl with whom he had a relationship, but she abandoned him.
Group Breakup
In early 1995, Manix and his girlfriend moved to Florida, closer to his girlfriend's family, leaving Eminem without a producer. Therefore, Denon Porter (known as Kon Artis), a future member of D12 , began producing the first studio album Infinite . Eminem and Manix never worked together again, their last collaboration was the single “ Fuckin 'Backstabber, ” Manix helped with the arrangement and production. Chaos Kid has not been in the band since 1993. At www.RapBasement.Com it was said that Chaos Kid and Eminem decided to stop working together due to too different styles. But it is believed that they both remained friends. Dj Butterfingers helped Eminem with his Infinite album by adding scratches to some of the tracks. Eminem had a short beef with Chaos Kid, as in the “thanks” section of the Infinite booklet, Eminem did not indicate Chaos Kid. But he thanked Dj Butterfingers and Manix, even though Manix had thrown Eminem a year earlier. Eminem will thank Dj Butterfingers and Man-ix on his next two albums, Slim Shady EP and The Slim Shady LP. Chaos Kid will be referred to as "Snafu".
The fate of the group members
After being discovered by Dr. Dre , Eminem was accepted into Aftermath Entertainment and became one of the most successful and famous musicians. Chaos Kid no longer rap. Dj Butterfingers is still a DJ. In 2001, he made a sample for the single D12 " Purple Pills ". Manix and Champtown recorded A Second Coming Of Nice for Bassmint Productions , but it was never released. DJ Butterfingers and Chaos Kid also recorded the album in the late 90s, but it was not released either. October 11, 2011 Chaos Kid committed suicide. Manix, for some unknown reason, began to dislike the rest of the members of Soul Intent.
