Fedor Efimovich Pronskikh ( March 18, 1927 Mikhaylovka village, Kemerovo region, - March 30, 2007) is a Russian and Soviet artist. Founder and first director of the Children's Art School. D. Karatanova. Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Khakassia (1996).

Biography
Born on March 18, 1927 in the village of Mikhailovka, Kemerovo Region.
Member of the Great Patriotic War, in 1945 - cadet 2 of the Leningrad Aviation-Technical Military School. Lenin's Komsomol.
In 1960 he graduated from the Vitebsk Art and Graphic Pedagogical School.
In 1962 he moved to the city of Abakan, worked as a teacher of drawing at school number 1.
In 1965, at School No. 20, he organized and for 22 years headed the first children's art school in the city, which later became the Children's Art School. D. Karatanova.
For 30 years he collected a collection of more than 1,500 works by Krasnoyarsk, Khakass, Belarusian and Moscow artists, which he gave to the city of Abakan.

As an artist, he worked in the landscape genre.
