History
Founded in 1961. The project is funded by the Institute of Scientific Research and Technology and them. R.R. Schroeder in order to provide housing as well as rewarding workers and researchers of the Institute.
Structure
The village consists of 22 two-storey houses of them:
- 19 cottages with 6 apartments in each
- 3 twelve-apartment houses with two entrances each.
