Style
As the name suggests, it is a mixture of techno and drum and bass , using very dynamic, techno-specific sounds and percussion on top of drums as the basis. The sound of technoid is very different from that of drum and bass . Closest to him are a neurofunk and tekstep . But, unlike a neurofunk, in technoids, sharp synth basses (one of the key features of a neurofunk) are practically irrelevant, and are sometimes used only in the “trimmed” version. Unlike textep, it is more dynamic, direct, and with less sound distortion.
General features of modern Technoid are as follows: truncated percussion, drum loops, a dark, cold and psychedelic melody based on various technoid sounds, beeps, noises, etc., which later, repeating themselves, fall on the main barrel.
