Johann Oistach von Westerns ( German Johann Eustach von Westernach , December 16, 1545 - October 26, 1627 ) - the 44th Grand Master of the Teutonic Order from 1625 to 1627 .

Rod Westerns refers to the Swabian noble families of the empire. The name comes from the locality of Westerns, which is currently part of the city of Mindelheim in the District of Lower Allgäu in Bavaria
Johann Oistach von Westerns conducted the affairs of the order in Ellingen , Bad Mergentheim and Frankfurt am Main . From 1585 he was Land Commander Franconia. He became the coadjutor of Charles of Austria and on March 19, 1625 he was chosen as his successor. He was buried in the order church in Mergentheim .
