The 6th Novoostankinsky passage is a small street in the north of Moscow , in the Ostankino district of the North-Eastern Administrative District , from Olminsky passage , crosses Zvezdniy Boulevard and continues as Tsander Street . The name of Novoostankinsky streets and thoroughfares arose in 1928 in the former village of New Ostankino.
