On March 16, 2000, the publication began to be issued by the same team that previously made the Vremya MN newspaper as part of the Moscow News holding [1] .

The newspaper, published 5 times a week, published materials of its own correspondents, political scientists, historians, art historians, critics.
In 2010, it was announced the closure of the newspaper and its replacement with the restored Moscow News [2] .
